This is a blended Black/Green Tea. Teas come from Sri Lanka, India and China. It is a flavory tea that has a light liquor and is bright. This tea is perfect after dinner and promotes a decent conversation! 2 ounces makes 20-30 cups of this delightful tea. About this tea: The Nuwara Eliya and Dimbula district are among the top growing districts in Sri Lanka. During its peak season (Feb-Mar)these districts production is characterized by a delightful flavor that is astringent and bright. Darjeeling is located in North Central India, in foothills of the Himalayan Mountains which produces what some people call the "Champagne of Teas". The Green Tea blended is from China. It is called White Monkey Pay green tea which imparts a lightness and a visual ethereal character that is not possible with black tea.
