The fragrance and taste is a complex bouquet that reaches right out of the cup. Some describe it as nutty, others as tasting like black currants but most describe it as similar to the taste of black currants or the taste and fragrance of Muscat grapes. 2 ounces makes 20-30 cups of this lovely tea. HISTORY: In the 1930's the garden was owned by Mr. Basdon who lived in London but he visited the tea garden regularly. He had two daughters. The younger was named Margaret. She fell in love with the garden in India. Sadly on one of the voyages back to England, she fell ill and died soon after. In her memory, her father changed the garden's name to Margaret's HOPE.
